Shipping
When ordering within the EU, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.
When ordering outside the EU, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
Liability & product details
We guarantee that all Tryst products are manufactured with care and skill. The products are displayed in their true colours and all sizes and measurements are as accurate as we can reasonably make them. How colours appear on your screen though, is depending on your screen.
Delivery Time
Tryst is a small company and we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Normally we ship your order within 2-4 business days.

Our general return period is 14 days, counted from the day that you receive your order.

Shipping Information
If your package is damaged when delivered, please point this out to the carrier and then contact customer service at the courier directly. Save all packaging. Orders cannot be redirected once they are dispatched. Tryst Stockholm AB cannot be held responsible for any delays depending on a third party.
In the case of any technical errors regarding stock or price occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be notified and the money will be credited to your account.
